Santa Claus hats, dress shoes, poinsettias, and garland all describe the Gentry Middle School sixth-grade choir concert Tuesday. For the past two weeks, the sixth-grade choir students have been working extra hard in preparation for their winter concert by arriving for choir practice at 7 a.m. on both Tuesday and Thursday. Their choir teacher, Cindy Boudinot, who has been teaching at Gentry for 12 years, said that the sixth graders are a fun bunch to work with. The students sang six songs: “A Bell Carol,” “Ding-a Ding-a Ding,” “Colors of Winter,” “The Holly And The Ivy,” “Sing World Peace,” and “Various Themes on ‘Fa-La-La.’”
