As a Sr. Manager of Communications & Content for Microsoft’s HR organization, I oversaw the production and editorial direction of 27 month-long campaigns, equating to more than 100 employer branding stories. These content series explored how innovation and culture are fundamentally intertwined. Below are just a few samples that demonstrate narrative I built from scratch and content formats I advised to scale our strategies.
